Website Changes
There's been more work accomplished on our website. Most of it has involved behind-the-scene changes to correct for display differences
between web browsers. With this out of the way we'll now begin adding more content and addressing style issues. If you have comments or troubles,

Service Format
Beginning this coming Sunday, November 16th, we will be going back to a more familiar way of doing things. Congregational handshaking
and corporate prayer requests will make a come-back, while Scripture reading will continue, though slightly altered.
This Sunday we will ask you to stand while a passage from the New Testament is read by one of the men. Also, (I haven't
squared this with Jeff, but I don't think he would mind)
if you have a favorite hymn you'd like to sing on occasion, let Jeff know and perhaps he can put it in the rotation!

The Gospel
The Good News Of The Kingdom Of God
The Most High and Most Holy, the Almighty God,
Creator of Heaven, Earth and all life,
exists and rewards those that seek Him.
God will judge every man justly for what he has done.
What every man has done deserves punishment and eternal separation from God
in Hell.
Man can do nothing to save himself from God's wrath.
God, out of His love and mercy
and in accordance with what He had spoken
through His prophets in the scriptures,
sent (as Father) Himself (as Son)
to be born in the likeness of man,
Jesus the Christ, who,
after leading a sinless and holy life,
was put to death on a cross
as a sacrifice for man's sin.
But Death,
also in accordance with the scriptures,
could not hold the Christ and
after three days Jesus rose from the dead.
After appearing to many,
he ascended into heaven where he sits
at the right hand of God the Father
as Ruler over all authorities, rulers,
powers, and nations.
At a time only God the Father knows,
He will send Jesus the Son to return to Earth
at which time all the dead will rise to life
and thus, Death being defeated,
will be no more.
Every knee shall bow before Him;
He will judge all people.
The current heavens and earth will be destroyed by fire and pass away,
then all things will be made new to last forever
free of sin, sorrow, pain, and death.
Any who believe these things,
and turning from their sins,
call on the Name of the Lord Jesus for forgiveness,
God will not destroy
and will give, in this World
a new nature by His Holy Spirit
and in the next,
by the resurrection of the dead,
Eternal Life.
Amen
